won’t go there, cannot find what i’m looking for because i can’t talk to a real person, AI is very lackluster/useless, terrible addition, you would think for a tech company they could implement tech correctly. Not a challenging task was just looking for a USB—>rs232 cable

It was easy to find what I needed.
Best buy has excellent customer service. Very disappointed because the last 2 times I go in to purchase an item it has not been in stock and had to have it sent.. it wasn't a big item either.
