Best Buy Bismarck

Traci helped me today while shopping for a computer. She was immensely friendly and exceedingly helpful! Sadly the first few laptops I was looking at were not in stock, but I was able to find one (at a damn good price) that fit my needs. Amazing location, I always stop in here for my technological purchases! 11/10

Just wanted to tell Best Buy that we had a wonderful experience with your employee Mason on 5-3-2025! We had come in to buy a washing machine, since the previous one we purchased about 1 year and a half ago at Lowes, had quit. We had stopped at Lowes earlier in the day, and first of all could not find anyone to help the numerous people who were in the appliance section looking to buy that day. Finally we had them page someone to help all of us. Long story short, we walked out, after witnessing the treatment of the customers in front of us, and then being treated the same way by the same employee. After a few hours due to our schedule that day, we stopped at Best Buy in Bismarck and were greeted immediately by your people, and directed to appliance section, where we were met by Mason. We were literally in and out of there in probably 20 minutes, since I already knew what I wanted to buy. But he was totally awesome, and helpful we could not have been happier with the customer service we received at your store! We have purchased a lot of items from Best Buy over the years, but your people are definitely the best! Great job!

By far the best customer service I have ever received from a Best Buy, hands down. Usually people are dismissive and don’t even greet you but this place was the opposite. I was greeted at the front and the gentleman even offered to help me find something right off the bat. The star of the show though? Her name is Traci. I was looking at iPads and she initially found me there. I know nothing about apple until somewhat recently so she caught me up and then some. She’s super knowledgeable and was very perceptive to how I would personally be using the device and didn’t just try to take the easy way out and sell me the most expensive one. Then I was looking at gaming laptops and she helped me there as well. I was blown away. She also checked me out up front after I browsed for like 2 hours ( I was bored lol). She informed me about a bunch of things that Best Buy offers now with rewards and stuff and bantered about what I bought. I used to work retail for 10 years and I know how it should be because I used to try to be that person. She’s amazing along with the rest of the team there and they should be recognized. I’ll always come here if I need a Best Buy going forward!
