In reality, their policy is to refuse service to anything they deem too old—a fact conveniently omitted from their online marketing. The staff's rude dismissal of my five-year-old computer, which simply needed a diagnostic, proves their business model is not about helping customers but about pushing planned obsolescence and manipulating people into buying new products. This is not just poor service; it is a fraudulent business practice that exploits consumer trust for profit. Not everyone can afford to buy new ones every year. Their services, designed to benefit their bottom line at the customer's expense.

My friend's iPhone was locked up.She couldn't make any phone calls,etc.. They fixed it for her.
