This place has terrible customer service. If you look a certain way that they don't approve of you're automatically followed. Absolutely disgusting how they treat paying customers. My husband has a messed up mouth because of an assault that happened a few years ago. Everyone knows how expensive dental work can be, we simply cannot afford it. So automatically we are followed immediately and not even at a discreet distance. I can practically hold hands with the security! So sad, embarrassing and insulting. I've seen them even follow another couple into the neighboring pet store and speak with their manager/loss prevention!! We left from embarrassment, so did the other couple. Only they went to the other store to be harassed even more, I couldn't believe my eyes! I would have been mortified. Not everyone that looks different means that they steal or are addicts trying to rob the place.

Called the store for a question that should have been a less than a minute phone call. Got put on an AI assistant that was useless. Then got transferred to the store and have been on hold for ten minutes. I can drive to the store and take a video of ten people standing around, not answering the phone. Yall deserve that bankruptcy that’s looming. LOL
