How do I check product availability at the Altoona Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Altoona Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Geek squad at this place is absolutely horrible. Today I had a 3rd appointment to get my back iPhone screen fixed because it cracked. I had an appointment at 12:40 then sat there for an hour before someone finally told me what they were going to do. I turned my phone in and was told to come back in 3 hours. Come back and my phone is still being worked on and it’s recommended to “send it to Apple”. What the heck did the geek squad do with my phone for 4 hours!? I wasted an entire Saturday and still have a broken phone. Very upset and will never use geek squad again - will go straight to Apple next time (even if it takes longer)

I needed to make a return and it couldn’t have been easier! I had my barcode ready and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and conversational. I wish more retail employees were like this!

I recently got a new stove delivered. The delivery guys were friendly. I asked the guys to show me the stove worked correctly after installation and they did. My issue is they damaged the tile on my kitchen floor in two spots from sliding the stove around. I didn't notice it until after they left. It's hard to see the spots but when i walked near the stove, I can feel the bumps on my feet like i was stepping on dirt or food. I keep my floors very clean so i inspected the area and the tops of the tiles were scrapped off which is what i feel under my feet in those spots. Now I'm going to spend more money to fix my floor. Very disappointed and I will only shop in-store and no longer have appliances delivered/installed from here.

One of my favorite electronic stores. If you can't find it at Aaron's or Walmart or wherever you're at, you can find it here at Best Buy! These guys are always informative about their products. Very very friendly.. I love coming to this store! Kids like Toys r Us or they used to anyway LOL. It's not in business anymore and I love Best buy ♥️It's like my toy store 😆💯
