I went to this store to buy a phone case for my new Pixel 9a and ask a few questions about the phone. I got the phone case and went and stood in the bullpen for the Geek Squad. They helped two people already there. One person left and went in the back. The other helped two ladies, looked at me and walked off to a register for checking out customers and started talking to another person. Didn't ask me if I needed help. I stood there for a few minutes. No one asked me if I needed help. I had to go to the register and ask for help. That person told me I needed to go find an associate on the floor. I've been in customer service for years and would have let the first person go immediately. Is the Geek Squad some kind of special squad? I'll find another store that services their customers. The only saving grace was I found one associate with good knowledge and very friendly. Still not going back.

I'm kind of surprised BB can stay in business with the price differential there and online. I guess sometimes you need something right away and don't want to wait a day or two. They didn't have the things I needed the last couple times I've been there anyway.

Received outstanding customer service from Rys, David, and Diego for items purchased at BestBuy. The entire staff from the front door to customer service work very hard to make the customer feel valued.
