As a loyal customer, I expected at least some goodwill from Best Buy. Instead, I was met with fees and nickel-and-diming. My warranty had expired — I owned that mistake — but to then charge me just to haul away an old TV after years of giving them my business? That shows where their priorities are: profit, not people

Great store friendly people
They only have cases for iphones and Samsung, other brands hard to find or out of stock because there's only 1-2 options. Went to cellutions in the mall and they had so many options and probably a lot cheaper. Shop local!!!
