Excellent customer service
Came in for an AirPod and was misdirected by staff to wait. Order was not filled for half an hour before I had to watch half a dozen staff ignore my need for assistance

Poor customer service. Not enough employees. The employees are kinda snappy. I guess that's what happen when you under staff.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. My dad and I went into Best Buy West Covina today to look for a washing machine, and the staff flat-out ignored us. No greeting, no offer to help — they acted like we weren’t even there. This isn’t a one-time issue either; in the past we’ve been treated like we’re ignorant or not worth their time. That kind of dismissive, condescending attitude drives customers away. We saw atleast 3-4 salesmen there and not one even looked long enough to make eye contact. Neither of us apreachated been treated like we are deased! But that is the kind of attitude you can expect from this place. We’ll be buying elsewhere, and I suggest others do the same if they want to be treated with basic respect.
Update: After posting this review, I received a copy-and-paste corporate reply telling me to send a private message on social media. That’s not what I’m after. This isn’t just about being ignored one time — Best Buy West Covina has a track record with me. They canceled my Total Tech membership without notice, kept my money, shut down my Best Buy credit card, and treated me like I was the problem. On this visit, 3–4 sales staff stood around without even making eye contact. I want accountability and change from the local store management, not a scripted PR response.
