We had a bad customer service experience in getting a TV replaced. My husband and I were extremely careful opening package when we realized the tv screen was shattered. We immediately returned and were turned away because they couldn’t confidently know we didn’t cause the damage ourselves. We’re saddened but the truth is Best Buy can’t afford to provide top tier customer support due to their ongoing decline. They lost our business, all for a $600 TV and their sub par customer service. We purchased the same tv at about $50 less in Costco. Recommend you take your business elsewhere as they can provide more competitive pricing and service.

I went in at about 20 minutes before closing and the negative greeter lady told me that the guys at Geek Squad had probably already gone home and no one would help me. Fortunately, I pushed through and did find one guy who was still there. My Samsung phone needed extra memory and he said if I bought it there he would put it in my phone but he would not tell me how to transfer stuff or help me at all. Really bad customer service because I came there cuz I'm not a techie I'm expecting them to at least show me what to do even if I have to do it on my own but they weren't willing to do even that. Top it all off the lady on the way out told me that Best Buy and geek squad has decided that they're not going to serve Samsung phones anymore only Iphone products which is just a great way to alienate half your audience I guess... I don't know but it wasn't a great experience there... if you want frustration and negative attitudes then I suggest you come here if you want to have a happy day and figure out how to be helped by somebody else you might want to go somewhere else I wouldn't recommend coming to this particular Best Buy.

Horrible customer service, workers were too busy watching a boxing match on one of their televisions. They saw that I needed assistance with buying a new tv and they acted like I was not there. Workers only got up to help an elderly man but ignored everyone else in the store including a younger couple I overheard also complain about not being helped.
