Sales associate Rito was very professional and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Delivery was also very prompt. Overall, a great shopping experience — highly satisfied! Will definitely shop here again.
Refused to take in-policy return for an online item, forced me to ship it even though that would result in the item arriving after the return policy ended, then lied saying that wouldn’t be an issue. Weird vibes all around.
SD card very expensive and store was not organized. Prices were different at register than what was tagged.
I'm sure their selection and prices are fine. As for customer service it hardly rates two stars. I've been there twice asking about computers and the salesperson seemed either annoyed or inconvenienced. I left both times without buying anything and won't go back.
