Called the store to make sure that they had an item In stock that I was planning to give to my wife for Valentine’s Day. They plainly lied to me, the item was out of stock and they admitted they do this to get a pre-sale into the system and then try to convince you to buy another product. When I refused I was offered to drive 1.5 hours to another Best Buy that had (28!!!!) in stock. Seems like so many businesses, Best Buy is past its prime… Very disappointing.

You can't really get any service over the phone.So you have to go into the store for everything, very inconvenient for me... Too much upselling all the time... Went into the store to order black pink cartridges and this clerk assured me.I would be getting black in cartridges... Well, they came to my house, and they were all color so I had to go back again.....ehhhhh
