I want to like Best Buy. I Buy a lot of high end electronics, but I would steer clear if this location at least. It's disappointing that they are run so poorly and are so rude, but they are. Maybe consider NFM anything is better than dealing with them. I purchased an open box tv after having come by and asking to see it. I was told I couldn't see it, but it was completw and in good condition, in the original box. I stopped by to pick it up after being texted that it was ready. When I got there I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for them to bring it up and when they finally did it was wrapped in plastic with no box. I had two children in the back seat and since it wasn't in the box I had to go drop them off so that I could put it in the back seat of my truck. I returned to get it. I asked just to double check that it did have the legs and the remote wrapped up in the plastic then put it in my truck and drove it home. Unloaded it carried it in. This is a 75 inch TV. When I unwrapped it nope. No legs no remote. I tried to call the store, but couldn't reach anyone. Finally I just brought it back. What a waste of time and energy! Never again.

Tiny kid who is an employee here looks like he just got out of bed and giving me an attitude about looking for a printer. It was about 2 minutes ago near the laptops and printers. It's not my fault that you have to work here. And you smell bad.

Walked the whole store, not on employee greated me. Guy at the front door was all up in his phone. So, I did not purchase anything.
