Took my phone to Best Buy for a battery repair, where I was informed that my device would need to be sent to apple since my battery had started to expand, which makes sense, but that was almost 3 weeks ago!! I have not received any updates or information about my repair and it is next to impossible to get in contact with a person who actually works in the store instead of the service advisors who have little to no information either. I am
very frustrated with this, I have contacted apple but since the repair was sent from Best Buy they are supposed to be receiving any updates and have given me nothing. I was supposed to receive a call from them the other day and I still haven't heard anything back, I took my phone here to save myself the drive to the Apple Store but I'm seeing now that I was better off going there. Don't waste your time.

My parents went to Best Buy recently where they interacted with a man named Don. They were lied to about 10 percent off if approved for a credit card. I later found out it’s 10 percent back instead. Argument can be made that they should have read carefully but when someone purposely misleads you that’s essentially stealing and Best Buy corporation needs to take action if they want to be useful. Be warned they will lie since they see us as only numbers. Would rate zero if I could

They conned me in to buying the plus membership and then when I asked about a price match they gave a run around . The person I spoke to in customer service later talked in circles and I ended up just cancelling my membership. They don't care about saving you money. They are a money hungry corporation. I'm now never going back to best buy for any reason.
