Had the worst experience with Kai today in the apple department! He Needs training in customer service! My teen purchased an iPad and pen. He didn’t even offer to put it in a bag “no one ever wants a bag” until I asked for a manager bc of his attitude! Never again will I go in this store!

I called before purchasing a cell phone to ensure they could connect it to Verizon when I came the next day to pick it up. When I arrived to get to the online cellphone purchase I was greeted only with a "Yes?". I told the employee my name and I was there to pick up my order. When I asked to have it connected to my verizon account I was simply told there were "No activators" at the store. I explained that I called ahead and they employee only said she couldn't help me and to take it to a Verizon store. No apology or any empathy for my situation. I drove 45 minutes one way to get this phone taken care of quickly. Now I'm at the Verizon store where they are struggling to get the phone I purchased from best buy to connect to my account. Do not buy a phone here. I should have just went straight to Verizon in the first place.
