After a promised delivery and installation in August, we were rescheduled 4 different times. They finally delivered in October but would not install at that time. Now I am supposed to store them until they send an installer out next week. We are beyond frustrated with Best Buy, and do not plan to use them in the future.

We ordered a dryer online and paid for the installation. When the driver got there, he was trying to scam us and charge us more fees. Even though I eventually got an apology from corporate, that did not resolve my issues. I still had to go an extra three days without a washer because of a shady delivery driver. I will personally never do business with Best Buy again
