Ruth T. Is a compassionate caring person who enjoys helping people get the best bargains and access. She's very knowledgeable. She cleaned up data on my phone that could have been harmful that shouldn't have been activated. Ruth, multi-tasked in a professional manner, she took care of my needs as well as three other customers. She called a Verision associate to process my return. Ruth, printed the return labels and taped them to the boxs and gave me specific instructions where to drop them off. That was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you, Ruth!
