This store is not even worth visiting anymore. Employees are rude and act like they hate customers. I made an appointment with the tech team and got nothing but attitude. I tried to call and all you get is a corporate number than cannot let you leave any feedback.

My husband and I went to the Noblesville Best Buy on Friday and replaced a phone that was broken. Rachel and her colleague were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us with this. We have the Best Buy Total Protection plan, and this has been helpful with our phones and computer.

I picked up a phone here that I ordered from Samsung, and they were super helpful. Process was quick and easy, was in and out in minutes. Would be 5 stars, except I went with the homie and I audibly heard them ask staff to go check on him as a shoplifting concern 😅
