Ordered otr microwave for pickup. When got there the guy said i need help getting it, it will be minute. We stepped to side. Waited at least 15 min and went back to line and girl said oh, went and got the guy who watches at door, she changed places with him and told me to get my car out front and they would load. We are elderly and when I pulled up no employee came out to help. He said the guy rolled it to him and said here you go. Why didn't first guy get microwave or assistance and just had us wait and why 2nd guy didn't help load. Best buy is last place I'll buy anything their customer service is horrible

This is my go-to place for technology. In early March 2025 I bought an APC UPS. Less than two months later a storm killed it. Texas has epic storms and these expensive power units have a job. I reset all my breakers and toggled the switches and fuses. The unit was DEAD. Like parrot dead. APC used to be top of the line for power management. But not any more. BB instructed me to return it to the store where it was purchased. Hazel handled this exchange like the champ she is. I took home a CyberPower ups.
