Excellent experience. Michael Roberts is the best. We bought a Samsung S9 tablet then exchanged it for an S10. Very smooth transaction. All apps from old tablet transferred beautifully. I am not very tech savvy and I am in my 80's. Michael and the Geek Squad were super. Would go back for any tech needs.

3 years of trouble with laptop and printer is ridiculous and no help pay for something and no service is called theft of service!!! Why does it work there but no where else???
