I was hesitant to stop by because of the bad reviews, but I’m glad I came in. The entire staff was super attentive, even got some great advice on different options I had for getting my old desktop to run dual monitors (sounds simple, but I had tried what I thought was everything).
Thanks Best Buy folks! Will stop by the store on my next tech need.

I love this store have spent tens of thousands here over the years and yesterday I bought an Rog Ally X open box from them and I got home and the system was not in the box

I love BestBuy, but when I looked up the number to my local store because I needed to talk to somebody to see if they had a replacement part, and I went through all the motions to talk to somebody in person, they forwarded me to a call center. Sorry, but that is lousy customer service. I called the local store because I wanted to speak to somebody at the local store.
