Extremely shady business practices. Would not recommend this store. Went in to buy a chromebook, asked if there were any offers available, lady at the desk mentioned I could sign up to a rewards program and get 10% off. Takes a bunch of my details and asks me to sign on the screen when I notice she's tried to get me to sign up to the best buy credit card. I decline and she runs it through anyways saying it'll automatically cancel. Next thing I know, I've got a hard pull by Citibank/Best buy on my equifax credit report and it's lowered my score. Horrendous ethics over here. Currently disputing the hard pull with Equifax and exploring legal optipns. I'll stick to Amazon next time.
