Clean...staff was super friendly and helpful. In and out in a few minutes with everything I needed.

If I could give the Best Buy at Mohegan Lake negative stars, I would. They should change their name to Worst Buy! We needed an oven quickly after ours broke, and after going to the store and working with 2 different managers we ordered the stove to have it delivered in 3 days. It is now almost 2 weeks later, and after 5 cancelled deliveries it is clear they don’t even have the stove they sold us. Countless days taken off work to wait for a delivery, money spent on electricians & plumbers to get the kitchen prepped, and not having an oven/stove— today we cancelled the order as it became very clear the stove was never coming. And it’s not like you can get a human being on the phone to discuss, even the managers’ business card numbers that begin with a 914, send you to a call center!! It’s maddening. Would never shop here unless I was buying something I could put in my car myself and drive home with! Buyer beware!!!

Electronics is still on point I needed a sumsung TV and no better place then going to best buy. Thank u and God bless u all
