Twice now I've gone, out of my way, to get an item in store after being told it's available. Both times I had to go somewhere else to pick it up. The fact that it's not possible to speak to someone in the store on the phone is a huge customer service error, in my opinion. I'm not normally one to leave bad reviews but the corporate decision makers are dropping the ball in the customer service department.

Austin in the geek squad area provides some of the best customer service for PC repair and has a deep knowledge of the products at the store. People like Austin, with his expertise and politeness is what keeps these brick and mortar stores in business. Keep up the good work at this location
