Ordered a laptop online during a sale for $400 off with ship to this store. Got notification it was ready for pickup. Went to get it and order was canceled, with some story about an ups problem that damaged a bunch of laptops. Store can’t do anything to honor the price and said call corporate.
I called the 800 number, they can’t help either. Got a case number and was told I’d get a call back from a supervisor “today”, but didn’t. Called back with case number and asked for supervisor, but got routed to someone else who couldn’t help me.
What’s the point of ship to store if the store can’t do anything to ensure I receive the item, or order another at the discounted price? I should have just had it shipped to my home if that’s the case.
For all I know someone stole it off the truck. I’m a rewards member and shop here all the time. I’ll never order to store again and will just use Amazon or walmart from now on. Horrible experience and complete lack of accountability. Not only should they honor my discount but I should get a gift card for the 5 hours i’ve had to spend trying to resolve this.
