How do I check product availability at the Boulder Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Boulder Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. This is by far the WORST Best Buy I have ever been to. This corporation is the epitome of uselessness. I'm curious as to why a store that prides itself on electronics would have a lack of computer batteries and keyboard cleaner and expect me to know that. When I asked for a battery, the employee looked at me like I grew horns and stated (very rudely) that they did not stock them. Not thrilled. If I had tomatoes I would have booed and thrown them at the store.

I love Best Buy for its amazing customer service, but the Boulder location has disappointed me multiple times. The reps seem more interested in chatting with each other than helping the customers. Geek Squad is the only saving grace in this location.

Good sales prices and brands. I had an easy fix issue with my laptop. The man who helped me at the Geek Squad desk was terribly rude. (Not in picture.) It took 2 weeks to get my laptop back after a 1 hour repair.
