The customer service at this Best Buy is better than any I have ever experienced, and I always preach about how great Best Buy is.
I had an issue with my order that nobody was to blame for, and I left with everything remedied and then some. Ive been a loyal customer for like 20 years now and today has reminded me that I can put faith in Best Buy to still give a personal touch.
Seriously. So grateful for you guys!

Great store with very knowledgeable associates!
Stevie in the sales floor was AMAZING! She got me a sick new gaming monitor and was very nice. Thanks again.
