It had been years since I've been to Best Buy. Their products have changed over the years (remember CD's?) but place is still pretty decent.
My father and I stopped in on the afternoon of May 25th. He has just purchased a new home and needed appliances. We were looking to purchase a refrigerator for the kitchen and the basement, a stove/range, a microwave and dishwasher and new laundry appliances. The appliance salesperson was called to come help us and 30 minutes later nobody came to help. The store had 4 total customers and the inventory looks more like they are going out of business and with a staff as helpful as they were it doesn't seem like care if it closes or not.
We went down the street and found another salesman who had no problem helping us with our $10,000+ purchase.

Sams is the best. Scan and go.
Manager wouldn't honor the price of a TV even tho they priced it wrong, and had 4 other tvs on the shelf. Was a 49.99 difference in the register price versus the shelf price. Went somewhere else and made the purchase.
