I went to the location in Mansfield, Texas and the Gentleman Romeo was absolutely helpful. I needed to get knowledge on the best cameras and get all the security cameras purchased for my home all at once.

On a recent visit, I overheard a red-haired employee (I think she was a manager) berating a fellow employee about the way they greeted us. The way the employee greeted us was perfectly fine. I was more put off by the way the lady spoke to the employee.

Purchased a tv 10-6-25 for pick up. Set up tv on 10-7-25. Realizing it was defective I called the store. Turns out they no longer take physical calls EVER at any location at all!!!!! They don’t even accept calls AT ALL til after 10am. WHAT!!! So I spend two hours talking to a different country dealing with the standard copy and paste dehumanizing responses. I am advised to exchange the TV (it was a one day sale) but call the location to verify inventory. Why would they advise me to call knowing I cannot??? I was told there would be limited quantities so I thought I would call the store and have them set one aside for exchange…impossible request!!! I drove from store to store after getting wrong information repeatedly! I have a broken arm and asked for assistance getting the defective unit inside the store. NOPE! There are 10 capable people standing around conversing but not one could help me. None of them had this thing in stock so I inevitably had to have it shipped. The customer service has gone completely downhill and they use copy and paste call centers in other countries. Please save your sanity and shop elsewhere. The way this was handled is disgraceful!

I had a situation with a tv and went here and the manager Kahree was amazing and did everything he could to help us and he was able to resolve our issue. I’m all about customer service/satisfaction and Kahree was top notch. I will definitely keep shopping here because they value and take care of their customers.
