Ive had a wide screen tv for 3 years and got a Best Buy extended warranty on the TV. The TV started to develop intermittent problems viewing sports games. When the problem occurred, I had to unplug the Sony TV and restart the TV to fix the issue. I recorded the bad video on my phone to show the tech when he arrived. When the tech arrived, he had no diagnostic tools with him to check the TV. He could not reproduce the problem using the channel selector and said the problem was probably software. I won’t be getting extended warranties from Best Buy in the future.

Everything was right where it should be and customer service was excellent.
