After frustrating experiences at the Arlington Best Buy, I had the exact opposite with the Mansfield Best Buy. Several guys were waiting at the front door, just waiting to help customers. Caden was not only patient and respectful, but also knowledgeable about all the brands of available printers. We found just the right printer to meet all our needs because Caden LISTENED to me. Yall need to up your game. Multiple employees asked the same thing, no help. Only one actually took the one minute to search and see what we were looking for. This is why Burleson is kicking yalls butt with service.
