Absolutely incompetent staff that talked down to me about my purchase, telling me what a terrible product it was. How ridiculous can an employee be?!?! They did NOT have my order ready in the hour they stated to me via email. And did absolutely nothing to help me when I arrived to fulfill the order. Just "we haven't received the order yet." Bull. Just too lazy to help a fellow human out. I have to go back tomorrow to get my order because they are too lazy and incompetent to understand what customer service is. Ridiculous!!!
Received an email at 10:30 saying our installation had been cancelled due to a “conflict”. Customer service apologized and rescheduled the install for 11/28. Yesterday while having our family thanksgiving meal, I received a phone call from the installer cancelling today’s installation. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Don’t use them!!!’

Although some of the products can be found at other local stores for a lower price the staff is always willing to help to the best of their abilities every time I've visited.
