WORST INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. DO NOT SCHEDULE TV INSTALLATION WITH GEEK SQUAD. (Also I live in town, not far from the store…)
I made my appointment two months ago to install a mount and TV to my wall. The mount came in a few days after placing an in store appointment and purchase. Cost was about $500, not cheap. First appointment was a two week wait. I had to stay home the ENTIRE DAY just for customer service to say wait till end of day for the installers to arrive, they are very busy. So I said fine. My appointment window was in the morning and I waited till 7pm. Then I was told to reschedule, another two weeks out.
Day of the second appointment was the same thing. End of day no one showed or even called. NOW, the Next available appointment for their bad service is in a month.
For the cost and time wasted, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. A small job like this should not be this difficult or worth a two month wait. Call a handyman instead! I wish I did!

Unknowledgeable employees, cannot take item to register yourself , felt like a child the way I was treated , Microcenter has ton more stuff and you can take it to the register to pay for , won't be shopping here again
