Tablet I bought my wife for Mothers Day has had problems playing movies since day one. Repeat service visits have not corrected this. Making an appointment for tech support is meaningless since you still wait in line while they take care of people as they show up without regard for appointments.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Best Buy Newnan. The employees were completely unhelpful and lacked basic knowledge when it came to processing an exchange for an electronic device that was under protection/insurance. Not only was the service slow and inefficient, but the staff was also rude and dismissive, showing little to no interest in assisting customers.
When I tried to find help locating products, not a single employee was available—or even seemed to care that I needed assistance. The Geek Squad area had only one overwhelmed employee trying to handle a long line of frustrated customers alone. This is unacceptable for a store of this size.
Terrible experience overall. I will not be returning or making any future purchases from this location.
