Came in to purchase a few audio cables. No one came in to ask if I needed help. Found the cables stood in line to pay and only 1 register is open. She was helping a customer on a return. Took so long I waited 20 min and no one came to ask to help me. I see 20 other employees standing around. 3 talking to each other by the entrance. Not a single one wanted to assist. The one girl at the register didn’t even acknowledge me to say sorry for the wait or call someone else. So I just left all the devices and walked out of the store. Went to five below and was there in and out. I’m sorry but that is not good customer service.
