I don't know the person's name but he didn't give us all the knowledge when we bought the smart watch. He added membership in the bill and didn't tell us. He did explain the benefits of membership but we never said yes for it. We had told him that if the smart watch doesn't match our requirements we would return it. But he didn't tell us anything about restocking fee and we were charged $45 in spite of returning in 2 days. It's just ridiculous.
Worst experience ever. I really wanted to buy Sony earbuds, but there was no one to help me. In all honesty I was beyond disappointed. I am not sure if the workers there are no where near professional or even take their work seriously. I tried asking one of the workers and he said he wasn’t from the electronic department and that he was going to call someone over. No one came at all. Another worker passed by and I kept calling him out, but he wouldn’t even listen. He had one earbud on and was texting on his phone while walking. And this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I feel like no one there takes there work seriously. They are either flirting or chatting with their co-workers but helping customers who want to actually buy something, we get zero service.
Cool place I liked the way Nelson handled the floor I couldn’t claim my tax exemption there not sure why but will make sure I claim that only thing service is quirky and slow.
