Don't offer curbside service if you're not gonna bring the item out nor give them an update of an item. I parked to pickup an item I was 1 of 4 cars taking the pickup curbside parking spots. One by one I noticed the people in their cars eventually got off to pickup their orders due to lack of crappy service. This is the second time this happens. I couldn't get down from my car due my baby being asleep in the car and I didn't bring my stroller, had to leave and send my partner to pickup at a different time.

Extremely disappointed. There's nothing worse than needing help and the people who are supposed to help look like you're bothering them. Their attitude alone made me go to Culver City's Best Buy. Please do better. We're all just trying to do our best.
