Coming to this store not being from the state looking for a laptop suitable for my husband and I, we had the help of Aidain, he did get taken away and left us in the good hands of Yazen where he also proceeded to also have the patience to help us go over some features answering all of our questions I just want to say thank you. These young Gentlemen and their professionalism were recognized spoke highly of this Store.

Confirmed in person when I bought 2 washers and 2 dryers that the delivery guys would move the old units into my garage. When they arrived they wanted to charge $50/unit to move them. After dealing with a really rude and condescending customer service supervisor they offered to cut the cost in half, which the delivery guys already offered. Beware of this bait and switch!

I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to one of the employees named Yazen. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, approachable, and clearly focused on helping every customer that he could. I noticed how he tried to balance multiple people at once, making sure no one felt ignored while still giving each person the time they needed.
Yazen was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood my options rather than just trying to make a sale. It was clear that he was putting in real effort to provide the best service possible. Because of his help, my overall experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
Employees like this make a big difference, and it definitely stood out. I’d gladly return knowing I’ll receive that level of customer service again.
