Best buy had a really great sale on labor day so I decided to stop by to purchase a new laptop.
Everyone here was super helpful and knowledgeable.

I wonder why Best Buy doesn’t take women more seriously? I am a Best Buy total tech member and have been for many years- I am paying an annual fee of $180 plus a higher price for the products I am purchasing. I do it for the benefits. However, I still expect to receive customer service when I go into a store. That didn’t happen at this store in Southwest West Las Vegas where I went to buy a TV antenna. When the guy finally got around to helping me he told me he had to go do something else and didn’t answer any of my questions. So it was either waste the trip or buy something take it home test it and possibly bring it back. Good thing I’m a member and have 60 days. So annoying when the guy could have spent 5 minutes answering my questions. I probably would have bought a vacuum for $319 if anybody bothered to help me, but I was so annoyed at the TV antenna guy and I left with my purchase.
