The customer service clerk today was off-putting. The one with an eyebrow piercing.
Not a single smile or greeting nor have a good day at the end of our transaction.
Before I could even finish my sentence, she cuts me off to say that she doesn't know anything about cameras. That I should go stand over there and she'll call someone. Someone never came after 15min of standing there. Not a single sales associate even acknowledged me after making direct eye contact with me. I stood there and nothing. I went back to that rude customer service associate to return my item and she didn't bother to ask if my issue was resolved. Gave me a receipt and my item and turned away. The security guard was more courteous than the sales associates. Last time I'll be going to this best buy. Companies like this should look into conducting development courses on customer service and sales training.
