Best Buy supplied a pickup date for the iPhone duo only to not be available on confirmed date. Supervisor Zack gave absolutely no info to when the order would be available saying just to wait for an undisclosed amount of time. Also cannot get ahold of an actual store rep when you call instead you get routed to a call center who actually told me my order was ready for pickup when it wasn’t. Now I’m stuck waiting for my iPhone duo since I chose to preorder through Best Buy and my only other option being to cancel entirely.
