I’m disappointed with a recent experience at the Best Buy located at 6950 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV. I visited the store on April 23, 2025, to return a laptop that had a boot error right out of the box—an issue I wouldn’t expect from a brand-new device.
During the return process, I was assisted by a representative named Roberto. Rather than handling the situation with professionalism, he repeatedly commented, “This is why we have demos in the store,” suggesting that I was at fault for purchasing the laptop in the first place. His remarks came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration with the defective product.
As someone who has been a loyal Best Buy customer, I expected a smoother and more respectful experience. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it encourages better customer service and accountability at this location. When something goes wrong with a product, customers deserve understanding—not judgment.
I hope management will look into this and take steps to ensure future customers are treated with the respect and care because I don’t plan on buying anything from this retailer if this is the path it’s going towards.
Always a pleasure coming here. The staff is friendly and they have a great selection of the latest products, and my favorite, open boxes. You can find some great deals here!
