They have a 15 day return policy, but it’s not very obvious, it’s not on the receipt. You apparently can return things after that if you buy a membership. They wouldn’t give a return on a $23 adapter after 22 days. The membership costs more than 23 bucks, lol
Excellent, found TV in and out in 15 minutes. There was no up sale, you want it, buy it then leave!
Terrible customer service! Lillyana had a bad attitude. She acted like a snarky little child, rolling her eyes etc. The manager Jorge was almost as bad. I attempted to explain the issue to him, but it was apparent that he wasn’t listening. It was an overall bad experience. Best Buy needs to just go out of business already.
