I almost walked out without purchasing a much-needed laptop because no one greeted or approached me when I entered the store. As I walked around, I started to feel overlooked and overwhelmed by all the products. When I attempted to speak with a male employee (I unfortunately don’t remember his name) to ask where the Lenovo laptops were, he brushed by me so quickly that I wondered if I had somehow offended him.
However, a few moments later, I was approached by Danielle — and this 5-star review is completely owed to her! My purchase was quick, easy, and seamless thanks to Danielle. She truly listened to my needs, provided several options that fit what I was looking for, and most importantly, kept my price point in mind.

Who doesn’t love going to Best Buy great place
A complete waste of time. I'm surprised they are still up and running. No knowledge of the products being sold and can careless if you purchase anything or not. Came to get a case for my MacBook that I purchased from best buy had to look for help, the help that did come was no help at all.
