Worst Experience
Be very careful when buying an open-box product, and always check it in front of the staff before leaving. In my case, I bought an open-box item right at closing time, so I didn’t have the chance to inspect it there. When I opened it at home, I realized it was in terrible condition—completely unusable.
When I tried to return it, the store staff kept insisting the cable was mismatched and gave me all sorts of unreasonable excuses. I explained that I had returned it with the same cable they provided, but they didn’t acknowledge the issue. Instead, they gave other baseless reasons, making the whole experience feel like a complete fraud.
My advice: whenever you purchase an open-box product, either record a video while unboxing it or open it in front of them to avoid situations like this.

Very disappointed and almost offended at the response of sales associate at Homewood IL location.I returned to store to ask about loss and theft protection for purchase of power beats pro 2. Sales associate named Tiffany told me that Apple care + did not cover that. And confirmed with Geek squad technician. And said "I knew it didn't I don't know why I second guessed myself " then technician said that could be purchased through Apple care directly. Sales rep Tiffany at Homewood IL .
Is rude and unprofessional . I have been a best buy customer for very long time all my tech comes from them. I spend thousands literally. I'm disappointed with her sad service.
