I have been a Best Buy customer for years, spending a significant amount on electronics. Unfortunately, this location’s customer service is severely lacking mostly due to the manager, ESTHER. She is very rude, has terrible customer service and, from my experience, I believe I was discriminated against. If you choose to work at a store, you should know how to speak to a customer without being rude and condescending. With all the theft that goes on in stores, she should welcome customers who are there to actually make a purchase.
