Dont purchase a TV or extended TV warranty at Best Buy. SAMSUNG 73" inch new and now Samsung 85" NEW Have both failed in under two years. Stay clear of SAMSUNG TVs also. Been two weeks no tech available.. im only 25 min from the store. I bought the extended warranty and the 85" TV is covered. Today tech was supposed to arrive, they again said no tech available, and didn't even bother to call. Was supposed to receive call back from customer service, didn't happen, supervisor, didn't happen, tech day before delivery NOTHING, day of cancelled delivery, NOTHING. My only response today since they are not coming is, sorry there is no tech available. Is this for real!? They sure like to take your money for extended warranty and promise the world, but ghost you when you need it. I cant believe this service is so horrible. Still have no date for a tech to come out and Inspect the TV, will not issue a refund or credit until tech comes out. 6 TIMES I HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS NO TECH AVAILABLE!
Geek Squad is making best buy look terrible, should have bought from AMAZON.
