My signature required for infamous RESTOCK FEE. $163.00 purchase. RESTOCK FEE, if this item is returned, $45.00. However, the item was ALREADY OPEN upon my initial purchase, when I inspected it, before paying for it. The sales associate was reluctant to let me, EVEN TOUCH the item prior to purchase. First time I have encountered this ABSURD RESTOCK FEE at a Best Buy. Circuit City started RESTOCK FEES, before entire chain SHUT DOWN three months later😆.
