I went to bestbuy in homewood this morning and brought in my desktop computer for repairs and I was standing at the counter with my desktop and girl turns around and asks me if I have an appointment and I said no, she says that they can't help me unless I have an appointment. I was unaware that you even had to make an appointment to have someone look at your computer and repair it for you, normally I just drop it off and they would look at it when they get a chance ,then call me and explain what's wrong with it and fix it, store wasn't busy at all, but they must not need more business because I didn't appreciate the employees demeanor and attitude, It doesn't say online that you need to make appointment to get things repaired, but I will never visit that store ever again, I found a place in downtown homewood that fixes computers and they got me in right away, unlike bestbuy, very unprofessional staff on duty ,letting job's walk out the door, definitely acted like they didn't want to be there, so sad , used to spend alot of money there, not any more, stay away.

This Best Buy location undoubtedly is the best one in the south suburbs. The manager is very knowledgeable and was able to help my wife and I with making a selection. Her staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable as well. If you're tired of just being a dollar sign and want top notch customer service, with a staff that goes over and beyond for you, this is definitely the location for you.
