How do I check product availability at the Homewood Best Buy?

Geek squad person was No help Rude I told him I had no knowledge how to transfer from old phone to new I’m 70 and needed help told me I needed to this that and the other before he could help me he didn’t seem to get that if this old lady knew how to do these things I wouldn’t need his help Will never go to Best Buy again for help! Very DISAPPOINTED!

The service I received from Ester (store manager ) well nothing near 100% customer service with a yes attitude! Now Amiri and queen on the other hand understands what going the extra mile is ! They understand what L.A.S.T is (Listen apologies satisfied Thank) . Ester never even displayed a small as the store manager! I will never shop here again. (Been a customer here for 6years )
