I want to thank Agent Savage for going above and beyond to assist me with my phone. He was the only one working in the Geek Squad section when I was there. I brought my PC to the geek squad at this location and I won't lie....it started rocky but between Cody and Amari, they made a dang near stressful situation go at ease! Cody AKA Agent Savage is the GOAT! He listened, researched and was very insightful all while being slammed at the desk! Thank you guys for the amazing customer service! I will def be back! Keep that other agent in the back lolololol! Amari, the playlist SLAPPED! Just keep up the overall great service!

Terrible and clueless service. Came in for a screen replacement and went to the Geek Squad counter. Was told I needed to go to the customer service counter. I did, and was sent to the phone section. They sent me back to Geek Squad who then said they didn't replace Samsung phone screens. Wasted 20 minutes for something that they said they could do online.

HORRIBLE GEEK SQUAD!!! NOBODY WANTS TO DO THEIR JOBS! THEY LIED TO US THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE MY HUSBAND’S PHONE. EVEN AFTER APPLE CONFIRMED HIS NEW PHONE WAS SENT TO THIS LOCATION ON FRIDAY!! WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE AGAIN!!
