Staff is very friendly, Manager Alejandra was very hostile and made me feel like I was trying to scam them. All I was doing was returning an item that I was told I can return if I purchased a membership that extended my return window.

Terrible customer service and an even worse manager in Adolio? I can’t remember how to spell his name, but I was sold an iPad with a wrong serial number and Best Buy customer service told me to bring it into a physical store so I did and obviously I was a little frustrated but not once did I show it or act like it. I just asked a lot of questions and had a lot of concerns and the manager / staff member made me feel like I was in the wrong and made me feel like I was trying to scam them even though I just bought a new bigger iPad from them the previous day. I would recommend quite literally any other Best Buy in the area then the Rancho Cucamonga location. The manager adolio gave me such a hard time and was very very unprofessional. At one point I even said “hey man to man” what did I do wrong? And I was followed up with even more sass and disrespect. Thankfully the Corona location had a manager by the name of Jedric who is an absolute life saver and an ever better human being because he took care of me like no other customer service I had ever got. Shame on Rancho Cucamonga Best Buy

Hello, thank you for leaving us a review. A serial number discrepancy would be quite confusing. Can you please reach out to us on Facebook (https://bby.me/rspq19), Twitter/X (https://bby.me/uq9jG1), or Instagram (https://bby.me/LBNV3C) with more information about your experience? Please begin your message with "This is regarding my Google Review #159519".
Just ran over to Best Buy on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga to grab a charger for my husband's laptop. I approached a young man and asked if her worked there. He replied, "What's up?" I repeated my question and added, "Are you busy?" He replied, "What's up?" I told him what we were looking for. He began walking away from me so we followed him. He indicated to some boxes on a shelf and said any of them would do. We showed him our old charger/cord and he said they only had two with the round plugs, that no one used those anymore. He pulled one of the shelf and told us it would work. Then he walked away. We made our way to the front, paid for our purchase ($64 and some change). Thankfully the charger worked because we'll be damned if we'll ever voluntarily go back to that particular Best Buy. What is my problem, you ask? Simple. When I ask an employee if they are, indeed, an employee, I expect their response to be, "Yes, how may I help you?" Not, "What's up?"
