I have had a horrible experience buying a phone with trade in with Verizon!! Spent hours trying to get my trade in cleared with Verizon 🤦♀️. Because Best Buy did not do the contract properly with trade in which best buy insured me that they know what they are doing (not) Verizon said that there is no trade in - recorded
Still not sure if my trade in will be cleared it's been 30 days already 😪 THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!
