Good service and good deals
I went here Saturday to get a tv. They had a good deal but the TV had to be delivered, because they didn't have it in the store. They set delivery up for Tuesday but couldn't give me a time. I told them I have to work. They told me to call a number on Monday to set up an time. All of that was fine.
I call Monday and they have me 7am -12pm. I say that won't work. Has to be after 3pm delivery. We can't help you. You have to call the geek squad at this number, so I call that number. Finally get ahold of someone and they can move my day but will only give a time frame 12 hours before. Again I explain, I have to work, has to be after 3pm. Can I just pick it up at the store? Yes you can. Confirmed this store. Ok you can pick it up in a couple of hours.
When I get to the store I explain everything. They say I can pick it up but it won't be in for 3 more days. I was fine with that. Then they say it will cost $20 more. I have already paid in full. They know but the sale price went up since Saturday and there is nothing they can do. I have to call best buy to deal with it. At this point I'm done. Got a refund no tv. It dosnt have to be that hard.

I visited this location 2 times in the same day waiting for an item to show. All employees were unable to provide any info on the items I was asking about... EXCEPT ONE, Louis! I appreciate the time he took to assist me. They had exaclty what i wanted but it was in the back room. He was only one of 4 people that took action. I walked away a satisfied customer.

Found an opened box online wanted to see it before buying. Very helpful sales person was able to locate the watch and we bought it. Thank you 😊
