The most incompetent staff. They can't even get an order correct or delivery correct or install correct. Asking fior my refund on the entirw order.

I just had a washer delivered on Saturday morning, July 4th, through your third party service, Apogee, with install (hoses, hookup, testing to make sure it's all working, etc) before 8AM. Not only did I get a phenomenal deal on the washer, but the delivery and updates couldn't have been easier. It makes me super inclined to make future large appliance purchases from you in the future, having confidence I don't have to do a thing but be home. You've partnered with a trusted source and I hope you'll pass along warranted praise to the delivery team.
Online purchasing process also couldn't have been easier or clearer as to what was included, another reason for my going with you in the first place.
