Order has been lost in shipment 5 times an delayed due to that an they dont care when its been almost 2 weeks

We had dropped off our laptop with the cord to have a BitLocker issue fixed. the issue was fixed quickly and we picked up our laptop, not realizing until we got home that we did not have the cord. we went back the next day which did happen to be Black Friday. we asked someone about it, she was on her way back to go look for it when the bald-headed manager told her to tell us to come back later and she should go help someone else. we had intended to do a little shopping there after we retrieved our cord however after that Exchange we're not likely to shop there anymore. customer service should be important regardless of what day it is

Good supply of starlink units, unfortunately no one could make it work. Installing a starlink does require you to have both the starlink app on your smart phone, and an activated starlink account. Geek squad phone calls transferred me around unsuccessfully for about three hours before I decided to return the unit. Great customer service on the return. Too bad starlink does not have the same.
I was impressed. Recycled some pc towers and a lap top. Product diversity is awazing.
