The employees there are so lazy ! I was waiting for a long time for someone to help me. I asked a worker there he said I will be there to help you. Next thing you know I go back to ask how much longer it will be and he was just sitting down chilling drinking a shake looking around doing nothing on the floor. I took my service to Home Depot I was greeted nicely and everyone was a big help ended up purchasing the appliance I needed.

Good so far, but when I went I seen a lot of people upset and complaining about the service and the products. I've only been here twice and both times I have seen this. For me the service was good, well see how the products and warranties go later when I need it.
It seems like a pretty big Best Buy, but I only went in to pick up an online order. It was pretty easy to figure out where to pick up and the whole process was very quick. Staff were fine, didn’t say much betting confirming my identity.
Jose calix of the geek squad helped fix the problem with my Apple phone after AT&t stores weren't able it was fast and easy he made my day thank you so much
