This store does not honor prices as marked despite posted policies. Edit: Received response from Best Buy: >>Hey there, Gianni, Thanks for reaching out via Facebook. I regret to hear you faced issues at one of our locations, and I can understand your frustrations. We would not be able to honor the price of the J5 for the J7. They label you showed was the label for the J5. It has the same model and SKU number displayed that corresponds with the J5 and also has it listed as the J5 on the label. The store may have had both on display at one point and did not remove the J5 label when they took it off display. I will have your feedback passed along to store leadership for review.
