I recently visited Best Buy and was blown away by the Magnolia Room’s selection of high-end TVs and audio equipment. The OLED and QLED TVs from brands like Sony, LG, and Samsung displayed stunning 4K HDR visuals with deep blacks and vibrant colors.
The audio section was just as impressive, featuring Bowers & Wilkins, Sonos, and McIntosh setups that delivered rich, immersive sound. The knowledgeable staff provided great insights and demos, making it easy to compare options.
If you're serious about home entertainment, the Magnolia Room is a must-visit!
I’ve shopped at Best Buy for many years and Mr. Ryan was one of the best associates I’ve ever dealt with! He was prompt, informative of the details for my new Apple Watch, and was a great representative for the Best Buy brand. If I ever need to go to Best Buy again, I will come back to this one and ask for Ryan.

Best Buy in Marina, California is a poorly run electronics store located in the newer devlopment area of the city. Getting any kind of customer service in this store is nearly impossible. Staff claim they work in diffrent departments and many no else was available. I purchased my Samsung Washer and Dryer from this store along with an extended warranty. Well the delivery with the washer and dryer was a disaster. The delivery crew didn't speak English and they were missing parts to hook up the machines. It took about two weeks to get everything resolved. I also purchased a television I assumed was new. However when I opened the box there was a used broken television inside. Best Buy has horrible customer service and their merchandise seems to be used items being sold for premium prices. I also had problems with a credit card that someone from this store illegally opened using my name. Best Buy is most definetly not the appropriate name for this terrible business. I will never recommend this store. The best way this store can benefit our community would be by permanetly closing this business.
