Best Buy always has good deals, but the gentlemen who tried to help me didnt know enough about technology to be of assistance. Perhaps he was just new.

Recently checked in my PC for some software issue that wasn’t allowing me to boot up my windows that’s was 2 days ago, the guy working that day told me that they’ll call me in a hour to see what was happening. So they didn’t call me whatsoever, the next day after work I drove over there to see what was going on and they basically tell me their still working on it but have some system to figure out why my disk drive was completely full. I asked the to give me a call to give me an update the progress. The next day no call whatsoever again so I drove myself down there again to see what is happening? They basically tell me that they can’t get to look at it till THURSDAY!!!!! Because they are short staffed. Don’t get me wrong I’m trying to understand why but still, they didn’t even bother trying to call me to explain the situation to me then me finding out because I had to drive all the way to the store to find out myself!! The keep telling me the 2-3 day guarantee they’ll have it fixed now I gotta wait a week for my pc!! Are you serious. I never had a problem with this store till now. Now I gotta wait a week just for the to find the issue!! This is a complete joke

You have 3 video cards…..they are from the COVID-era or later. I get we aren’t a “big” city but variety and current-gen options are severely lacking. Could you order/maintain an inventory of at least one current gen model? Best Buy is unfortunately our only option as a brick and mortar store to purchase these types of items short of driving 140 miles to Bismarck.

Came to pickup an order at the drive up while the store was almost empty and I watched the workers chatting from the doorway. I waited 40 minutes I had to go in to get my order! They were too busy talking to do their job!
