They are called best buy for a reason, always has exclusive tech like gaming laptops discounted and available to much more people!
Employees walk around chatting with each other while customers stand at the mobile counters signaling for help for extended periods of time.
Went into store for support with my Google Pixel watch. Greeted at door (only positive of this visit), asked why I was there, and directed to be seated in waiting area. Waited 55 minutes in visible seating area during which time I witnessed exchanges with 2 different sets of upset customers. Once they both left (without positive resolutions) I believed it was my turn. They signaled to another man & asked how they could help him. I politely interrupted, indicating I was there first. I was told he had an appointment & they didn't know how long my wait would be. Frustrated I returned to the greeter requesting a manager and inquiring why I wasn't just told initially to make an appointment. Another employee came, took my watch, and walked away...not saying or explaining anything. I waited 10 minutes longer; he returned and said, "we can't help bc this isn't the newest model; try Amazon."
My watch was purchased at Best Buy and I'm a "member"...or was, as I just cancelled and I definitely won't be back, especially to this store. Obviously positive communication & customer service are not priorities.
And of note...after this visit I actually WAS able to get help at the local Verizon store and from Amazon.

First time to visit this location, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean and had plenty of stock to choose from. Thank you, manager and computer sales for steering us in the right direction.
