Can corporate or management please explain to me why every single time I go here there is only ever one register open?
I just had to wait on two grown men decided which Pokemon box set they wanted because their behind the counter and I'm trying to get to a wedding. I asked the register if I could just check out and he just gave me a thousand yard stare like an complete idiot. Then the adult weirdo started charging at me saying he wanted to fight me because Pokemon is apparently more important than me? All the nearby employees just watched eagerly like it was about to be a free UFC fight.
I finally had to walk away and make a scene and scream at the top of my lungs to ask if there's another register. I screamed is there a manger. I screamed is anyone besides this one guy behind register even working here. At least 30 employees magically walked out of literally nowhere offering to check me out.
My real question is, 30 people on the floor who can't be found when you do need them but basically no registers? You know that thing that keeps the brick and mortar funded so you can have a job? It explains why your selling lawnmowers now..
Do a better job management. Hell, you had more people looking at the camera screens by the front door than people checking customers out. Yes, that is fact. You're clearly bad at your job and I hope your replaced soon because this customer is officially done with Worst Buy.

Geek squad was very helpful
Sold me a broken Xbox headset and then refused to accept a return and told me there is no manufacturer warranty so I’m out of luck. Lots of other stores in the area that sell the same thing.
