We went in for a 85 inch TV. Come to find out what we were looking at didn't have everything my husband was looking for. The sales associate Rusty was very helpful. He even found us a better one for a cheaper price. It was a great experience.

I went here and nobody helped me when I asked the guy at the counter if the lightening charger would work for my phone he said yes but It didn't I told him a I have a android phone he gave me an apple charger I saw 2 customers walk off nobody at the counter to serve them you lost 3 sales I went to Verizon next and they gave me what I needed 30 more 70 but you pay for knowledge and best buy had nobody with cents in there head the guy actually said an android phone dont work with a fast charger lol was here at 8 o clock thursday they gone downhill I remember when they had customer service
