Bought my grandson a Lenovo laptop, open box for $440 it was regular $900, so far it is working very good after going tru the security sign ins, the employee mentioned the box idea to me and helped me find a good one, plus being a member I got a free 1 year best buy extended warranty
I have had a complete breakdown of all my office equipment since February. I've had to get a new desktop keyboard, mouse camera monitor and printer. They all went down within 4 months. The only way I could get through this maze was to go to Best buy's geek squad and they have a champion there named Daniel. He is a Wizkid knows everything about computers that you could ever want to know. He's exceptionally kind but most of all patient as I had to watch him handle certain customers ahead of me and he did it with class dignity and understanding. Daniel is a real asset to Best buy in Mount Juliet. YOU. Rock Daniel!
