"Really disappointing visit. We walked around visibly looking for help and were ignored by multiple employees. When someone finally acknowledged us, he didn't answer our question or even walk us over — just told us to 'go to customer service' and moved on, like he wanted us out of his way. Then the customer service rep was flat-out rude. No greeting, short with us, and acted like helping us was a burden. It was honestly uncomfortable.
I've shopped at this location before and never had an experience like this, which makes it worse — the standard clearly used to be higher. Whatever is going on with staffing or management lately, it shows. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until something changes."
Very personable, listens to my issue and aren't afraid to ask the customer leverage of knowledge.
During in- store visit I found a Dell laptop that was on sale. I returned that evening to purchase and was told "they couldn't sale me the laptop because they don't actually stock it or carry online." I requested a manager and was told there is nothing that could be done. After asking why they were advertising a product they don't sale, he suggested higher price options. I did eventually purchase an open box ASUS due to budget. The frustrating part of the experience was having a sales person and a manager continually tell me there was nothing that can be done. Only after pressing for a solution was I offered to be shown other laptops. There is always something that can be done!
