I've been working back to back doubles and haven't had the time to go purchase the laptop I need, I wasn't even in the store a whole four minutes before I left presences watching me like I was a criminal; I was in the middle of googling which was the best fairly priced laptop for streaming if I'm not using it to game and I feel them creep up behind me, I didn't hear them at all, so obviously the intention was to watch me and not provide customer service as they would suggest, otherwise you would have greeted as you approached, not quietly walk up behind me without me knowing you're there. This actually feels sick. I wish I didn't have a need to spend my money at these places, makes me just want to stay home, cause what's the point? When you can't be in a store three minutes without someone coming to watch you? As if the cameras aren't good enough, and you deserve to feel uncomfortable cause somehow being black makes u super sneaky? I came in there looking to spend at least 750, just to be treated like a thief Automatically. Thanks for the nasty energy, Best Buy staff.

Poor Service! Came to buy a phone today because your website showed them being in stock!
3 people “working” in the department all just standing around talking to each other. Not one person came over to ask if I needed anything or to offer any assistance.
This isn’t the norm for this location but was my experience today. Guess I’ll head over to Hendersonville, hopefully it’s better over there!
