I called a month if not longer ago about a tv I bought that just stopped working. They said it was still under warranty and said that I could make an appointment to have someone come out and look at it, so I did. I cleared my day to be home because they said it would be during the hours of 7 am to 7 pm. I call today (the day of my appointment) they can’t seem to find my appointment in their system 30 minutes later of being on the phone they tell me my appointment has been rescheduled. I expressed I was confused why it got rescheduled without notifying me and I never got a clear answer. So now I have to wait another 3 weeks before someone comes to look at it.

Don't use bestbuy for car audio specifically amps and high performance went from 30 watt speakers to 100 watt speakers and a 4 channel amp they were supposed to upgrade speaker wires from 16 gauge factory to the appropriate gauge for the system which should have been 12 or 14 which the speakers have hook ups for even after discussing the wire upgrade at time of purchase opened up door panel to repair window to discover they used the factory 16 gauge wire then after calling they stood behind their decision and their lies the original speakers were 30 watts now that same wire has to carry 100 watts we were blatantly lied to and they just don't expect anyone to check or know anything for almost $4000 this was just pure Laziness and they are thieves as far as we are concerned
