In the last two years I have purchased an $1100 laptop, two Apple Watches, and a printer from Best Buy. I purposely avoided buying electronics from Amazon because I wanted some support if I were to need it. Man was I mistaken. My 4 month old HP printer gave me an error message and would not print. After two days of frustration with HP, I took the printer back to Best Buy in Gainesville, GA. That’s where I bought it. After all they have Geek Squad. After pleading my case and basically begging for help from Geek Squad and Customer Support, it came down to the fact that I didn’t buy their extended warranty, so they couldn’t help. I informed the manager that if he was unwilling to help, I would never purchase from Best Buy again. His response was “I’m sorry you feel that way, have a nice day.”
If there is no customer service why would I not just order from the comfort of my home and let Amazon bring it to me.
Best Buy, I guess there is no longer a need for you.

Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. A prime example of why I rather order online than deal with people that say umm.. ummm.. ahhum...are us feel stupid and inappropriated.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff
We bought a Hisense U7 100" tv at this store and even before we had made the first payment on it it was already malfunctioning ( a line started showing all the way across about 4" up from the bottom) the store said we had to call Hisense directly to have them fix the tv, we have provided Hisense with all the documents they requested, receipts, serial numbers, pictures of the tv etc and still no help, this tv has less than 50 hours of use and it is already broken, i know sometimes it happens but they should make good on their warranty and have it fixed or replaced , it is a very frustrating situation for us, be careful when buying there, they are very helpful and polite when you are buying but once you're out the door if it breaks it could be a different story and suddenly they may not be so helpful and polite
