Respond to your response: I'm not going to get a kid out of job by making a formal complaint. You need to do your part and train them properly.
You need to do training for your customer service. The lady was not even my helping associate, yet she was trying to bullying me and saying I could not return the monitor I just purchased today from the other desk! Thankfully, the gentleman was very helpful and understanding. The last time I checked, that is your policy. Right?

Staff paid attention to our needs. Just needed a replacement for my old JBL Clip 3, got a Clip 5 with outstanding sounds.
