Customer service and store pickup are at the same spot. Today was exceptionally bad as only 2 computers were working and a long line. Returns take a long time so coming in just to pickup an item and waiting for all the returns was annoying.

We bought a web camera less than a month ago and it quit working. I attempted to get an exchange for the device but the store employee and manager dismissed me because of the timing - BestBuy will only honor a return or exchange for 14 days after a purchase. No attempt to understand the device is used for work, no attempt to help me out. Literally just hid behind a corporate policy designed to ensure BestBuy gets their money but has no responsibility to the customer, and even less respect to the people who would make a purchase.
Don’t recommend. Go anywhere else. I won’t ever shop at this location again and I have lived near it for 10 years.
