Wanted to buy 2 tv’s and a gaming console. Stood there waiting for someone to come or show up for 20 mins in the tv area but no one showed up. Requested one of the employee to send someone in the TV area, waited another 10 mins and no one still showed up.
I ordered an open box espresso machine from this location thinking I would get a good deal. Little did I know the store is dishonest. After getting home It is missing a key component to set it up. Not stated in the sale. The sale states missing non essential items. I called customer service and the said the store would help me. After wasting 2 hrs on the phone and going back to the store, they were no help and the manager asked me why did I buy an open box item in the first place. I was baffled by this response because they have it for sale. If it is missing parts, it should not be for sale in the first place. Now they expect me to return it, spend double to buy a new model. No discounts or anything for my inconvenience. They should be ashamed for the way they treat customers. There is absolutely no customer service in this store. How can you sale an item that is incomplete. I have contacted my bank to pursue a refund. I shouldn’t have to play back and forth with a store due to their lack of knowledge on a product. Someone needs to look into their ethics at this particular store. I have a 40 pound weight sitting in my kitchen now that is stuck on this set up screen from a singular part they failed to look for. Their best excuse was, oh someone saw the display and probably stole it from the machine….
Is what it is. Go in get what you need and move on.
