I Like Best Buy but I've noticed that prices are way too high and I was disturbed about the staff. Most were too busy being on their phones instead of helping out customers. Having said that, when staff did help out, they were very nice.

Geek squad flat out lied to my face. Wouldn't repair airpod pro 2 saying they werent covered under my total membership. Not only are they covered, even if they weren't there is a 20% discount on all repairs for total members. They wouldn't even touch them. Horrible service and employees don't even understand their own policies.
