Best Buy in Apple Valley is beyond terriffic. I was hsving one of the worst days i can remember in a very long time. Best Buy associates are always the most knowlegeable but the Assistant Manager saved my day, sanity and restored my dignity. Truly professional! Genius!
Today I arrived about 630pm. The security guard was friendly on my way in, but it was all downhill from there. I’m 65 years old and I went to buy an upscale printer. I walked to the back (printer department) where there was a Best Buy employee who had finished helping somebody else, she looked at me and walked off because apparently I don’t look like somebody would actually buy something. I went over to the printers, continued to look around employees everywhere, but nobody came over to see if I needed help. I selected a $350 printer that was heavy. Employees saw me dragging it off the shelf and kicking it all the way across the store to the front check out; nobody offered to help me even though I’m a senior (old lady). When I got to the register, it was quite hard to lift the big box up, and there were four employees behind the registers (with NOBODY else checking out or in line). They all stared blankly at me as I struggled to get this thing off the ground and onto the counter. When I got outside, another employee was helping someone load up a 75 inch TV and they had seen fit to unload it behind the handicap space I was parked in. They made no effort to move (even though I waited up a couple minutes )
so I had to back up within a couple inches of this big television without even an acknowledgment from the employee that they saw me . I don’t plan on returning to this Best Buy. I’ll go to the one in Jess Ranch. I bought an iPad from them recently and they were much nicer.

A while back i was first in line waiting in line. 2 were.helping a lady and woul notacknowledged me in
