Hi guys, I want to share my experience in Best Buy. I ordered it through TV and then I got 3 tv with installation the TV Basic Mounting, 56" to 90 in the wall squad worker come back my house. Her name is Cody and Ismael they are working with installation the three TVs in my house oh my god guys my Family surprise their job how Cody is professional and the work in my first floor and Cody, working my second floor all my family surprised their job very very professional thank you so much for Best Buy for keeping that kind of worker is super awesome. Our experience in Best Buys Victorville was exttemely pleasant. Rachel was extremely helpful and professipnal and vwry pleasant to deal with. Her attitide showed that she loves hwr job which flows on to the way she serves hwr customers. A big thank you from down under.
If i could write a review a for no stars I would. I've been a Best Buy customer for electronics from the gate. They always had a knowledgable staff on products and stellar customer service. Until today where Michael who identifies himself as a manger but only is a supervisor and also Jessica and another adolescent female helped my wife today by rejecting a return because thats best buys new policy according to michael when the corporate bestbuy number told us to return it to the store he then argued on my wifes phone with corporate when they told him he needed to accept it when I entered the store the employees were discussing my wife and laughing about the encounter. Michael then said he needed my wife's phone number to close the ticket for return I gave him the number but why did he need it if her ticket was already open. I asked for a general manager and he said they dont have one. These three employees are the worst I've yet to encounter in any retail establishment and by far the worst best buy encounter I've ever witnessed. I dont understand how a person of Michael's caliber even makes supervisor.
There were 6 people in the cell phone area just standing around talking..... I was shopping for 3 phone cases that I confirmed where in stock online... Not one of them asked if we needed help... Even had to ask one of them to excuse us and let us see the wall they were leaning on that held some cases as well..... We ended up going all the way to the front desk to ask if the cases were in stock bc we did not see them.... Thankfully they were... Forgot how pricey cases were... $60 each but very worth it.... My review is on the lack of customer service.... And let me add the store was empty... Full of staff... Over staffed in my opinion....
