I came to City Base Best Buy to pick up my new AirPods with my order barcode, receipt on my phone, and even a picture of my ID. The worker at the counter (a lady wearing a face mask) refused to give me my order because I didn’t have the physical ID card. The frustrating part is that when I tried curbside right after, they handed me the exact same order without any problem. This shows a lack of consistency and customer service. Instead of helping me find a solution, the masked employee just turned me away. Meanwhile, curbside had no issue verifying me with the same information. I hope the store reviews this situation and figures out who that worker is, because her handling of it wasted my time and left me with a very negative impression of this location.

I had to return a 360 degree tv wall mount that did not fit my tv & it was a surprisingly easy affair to return. The staff member simply located the purchase sticker & she said I should receive my cash back in less than a week. The store also seemed clean and organized which is nice. This Best Buy is definitely an example of good management and customer service as far as I could tell.

Fast friendly service. Ordered a stove online, it came in one day before expected. When we went to pick it up, I went up to the online order counter, they scanned the code on my phone, checked my ID, asked me what kind of vehicle I was driving and told me to pull up around front and they would have someone bring the stove right out. We pulled our truck up to the front of the store, lowered the tailgate had our tie-down straps ready and then they were out with the stove already. They lifted it right up into the truck. From the time I walk through the front door until we were pulling away, whole process only took less than 10 minutes.
