How do I check product availability at the City Base Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

First time buying a tv from best buy was the worst experience ever! The delivery team and best buy have bad communication I called trying to figure out what's going on. I got no answers so i go in to the store I bought the tv from. the worst idea in my life!!! The employee at the customer service was very very rude because I didn't have my receipt it was like I was asking him to take out his wallet and give me my money back he was disrespectful and when I went to report it to the manager he was laughing at me yea never ever again
