Bye bye bestBYE! I will never buy from you again! The extended warranty is a scam and their prices are high. You pay the $180 a year for free labor and parts. This only covers one year after manufacture warranty. Plus you have to pay a $50 to $100 service fee for them to come look at device. Because they don't look at appliances if you take them into the store. You schedule an appointment 3 days out and take a day off work because they won't let you take the appliance into the store. I know because I took my microwave in and they refused to look at it. They said I have to schedule a service call. Then they email you the day before the scheduled appointment to say they have to reschedule you. So I paid 2 years X $180 a year and $50 service fee for a microwave that cost $400. Here is what happened after the technician got to my house. He opened the microwave. He took a couple pictures of the -SE_ code that was shown, (the same code I told them the day that I called to make the appointment. Then he said he needs to go all the way back to the store to see what the code means so they know how to fix it. I MEAN SERIOUSY? You knew the code before even sending the guy out. NOW, my girlfriend took two days off for them to reschedule one day then come for 10 minutes, take pictures and leave. Now they rescheduled us for Aug 1st to come out and supposedly fix it. ANOTHER DAY MY GIRLFRIEND HAS TO TAKE OFF WORK TO BE AT THE HOUSE... All this could have been taken care of at the store when I drove it over there. OR ATLEAST RESEARCH THE CODE SO YOU ARE PREPAIRED TO FIX THE DEVICE THE 1st TIME YOU GO TO THE HOUSE... A buddy just told me has had MUCH better service from Rent a center.
