We need a new head unit radio for our car. Went to Best Buy because installation would be so easy. You know, they no longer do installation at both stores. We would have to drive 90 minutes each way to get to a store that had installation.
At this point there is no reason to shop at Best Buy versus shopping at Amazon or some other place. Their prices aren’t any better than anybody else in their service is nonexistent.

I’ve had 2 dash cams installed on my cars and they were done within one hour. Professional staff. I will be back if I get a new car again or have camera issues.

Frankly I'm rather surprised by the one star ratings at this place. This was a first time experience at the Best Buy in Bee Caves, Texas.I had a great experience. I was treated quite fairly and was taken care of thoroughly. Both the manager by the name of "Flor" and a sales person by the name of "Dan", were VERY professional, knowledgeable, and ultimatlely excellent in taking care of my needs regarding the return of a phone and an upgrade to a better phone at minimal cost. I was given great, courteous treatment by staff, and am pleased with the entire experience. BRAVO FLOR & DAN!!!!!
