I can't get anyone to answer when I call the store. It just keeps me on hold. I have never seen this store busy, so I don't know why no one will answer the phone

Service was good and friendly....but had very few canon printers. That was the 5th place in Flagstaff I had gone to trying to find a specific printer.
Got our TV here. Nice best buy next to all the shopping stores ( Marshall, Ross, and Old Navy).
Purchased an "open box" AC unit. Get item home and start to install and parts are missing which is expected with an "open" box item. An open b9x item is one that has been opened in store l, ciuld have parts missing and/or dings and scratches. However, We DID NOT purchase a "USED" item, the hose and filters were nasty. If I didn't have to drive 3 hours to return this item I'd go to store and complain. Not a good way to represent your products. Disgusting!!!
