I was in-store for an hour waiting for a tv, told them we wanted it and employee went to the back to get it. Sat there for another 40 minutes waiting thinking they was getting it and they never even went to the back to get it and there was only 5 other customers in the store. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous.

Tried to call the store 3 times in the last 2 days and all I can get is someone in another country looking at your inventory. I want to talk to the store manager or someone at the store level. It seems dumb that I have to do a Google review instead of getting a simple thing to solve my problem. An employee at the store level on the telephone.

We know it's frustrating when you can't get the help you need on the phone, so we can understand the frustration. Due to customer demand for more associates on the sales floor, all phone calls have been routed to our national call center. The agents answering the phones are able to give you up to date stock amounts as they can access the same systems as the store. You can also check stock amounts online on our website by inputting the zip code for your preferred store and filtering out the out of stock items.
