They have taken a good store with a bright welcoming interior and with good placement and made it into a dark and unfriendly feeling clinical store. Moved it from a place with it own parking that you could easily get to, and put it where you have to fight for parking 80% of the time, let alone holiday shopping and such when its much more of a pain to park. Unfortunately I feel the "update" is a giant step backwards. I will say the employee was friendly and I picked up my online order quickly, once I figured out where I needed to go because, now, customer service, check out, and online pick up is all in a undefined space that unless you look up at the wall to see where you needed to go, is confusing. AS much as I liked coming to this store, I'll have to drive to the next one. Or just get it shipped instead. What a waste of a good store, because "they wanted more foot traffic." Because Best Buy is a major impulse buy store. (Sarcasm included free of charge)
Good service and Seth was helpful and attentive to our questions.
Took forever to get waited on. Bought a product but had to return it later in the day. They tried to short me on the refund. Never again.
