All I wanted was some go pro accessories and a micro SD card. They had virtually no accessories in stock, just empty shelves. When I went to pay for my SD card there was no one to take my money. I just left the SD card and walked out.

hard to get a hold of a person on the phone and even when you do they are not very helpful
I was very fortunate to have the guidance of Eva who really knows what she is doing in multiple areas of the store, and soon after in a second or third visit, I got lucky again and met one of the managers, Andres who helped me get a great deal on a TV and a full set of Sonos sound equipment to go with it. Thank you Best buy for having these extraordinarily dedicated and customer focused people on staff to be able to help me. And thank you also for the rewards and interest free financing available. All of these elements have me back again repeatedly now...and still getting getting advice and equipment. I have been a customer for decades and I am so glad that Best buy is still here and frankly, makes all other sources look bad and unhelpful by comparison.
Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me thru the many questions and concerns I have anout6mant different products that I am getting. Best buy really is the best choice.
Bought two TVs for 1500$. Get home, install one on the wall, doesn’t work. Take it back and ask for some type of discount since I’ve wasted hours of my time and gas, no discount. Returned both TVs and buying from another business.
