We love Best Buy in York, PA. We always find a good deal on something. One thing we ALWAYS buy at Best Buy is our cell phones. We are Verizon customers, but prefer to go to Best Buy when we are due for an upgrade. We are the type of folks that don't upgrade until we have to. Best Buy never pressures us to upgrade - only educates us on the things that are beneficial to us, like when a phone we are interested in is selling for nearly $400.00 less than what it's list for. We have been lucky enough to deal with Jeremy, a Best Buy/Verizon guy that has been working at the store for our last THREE upgrades. Jeremy is AMAZING! He has always given us great advice, saved us quite a bit of money and is so friendly to deal with! FIVE STARS to Jeremy and Best Buy/Verizon for finding such a great fellow! Jeremy is AWESOME ----thanks, Jeremy, for always looking out for us and our wallet; you rock!!!!!

Doesn't take calls, yet am told to call and check inventory. Online inventory says items are there that isn't. Call center says they aren't talking calls, but then they say to call for inventory. Wasted over two hours on their stuff

Needed to purchase a Dryer, because mine broke down. Was originally going to do research and stop in store, but Kelly was incredibly helpful over the phone. She was able to send me 5 models in my price range, I was able to review them & measure my space to make sure it fit. Since we were able to find a suitable model at a great price I just decided to go with it, and was able to order it right over the phone. Kelly is definitely someone who I would recommend anyone to do business with.
