I scheduled an appointment on September 10th for my iPhone to be repaired.
Received my phone, after I got home I went to put Apple Care on it, it read that "This device is being repaired"
So I called apple, was told that BestBuy needs to close the "Repair Ticket"
I called in, you can't talk with anyone, only can leave a voicemail.
This customer service sucks. Next time I'll drive to apple so I won't have to deal with this crap. Annoying.

I had a last minute issue with my macbook charging cord and brick. The staff (I cannot remember his name) was so helpful! My job is dependent on my computer!

Only location in the area, luckily the staff are always friendly, helpful, and most are knowledgeable about their products. I buy many items here and continue returning vs shopping online. Great Selection of TVs and always having sales on electronics in awesome!
