Bad customer service. I went to change my screen protector and one rep sent me to another, and then the second rep that stands at the front, right after the entrance door told me to go to the phone area to wait for someone to go help me (when he was clearly not busy at all) and nobody came. So… I left. They clearly don’t care about your business so you if need service on your phone or electronics try going somewhere else…

Not the most helpful here at this store and i am not a fan of their "restocking fee" what is that? I think thats a part of ur employees job duties and they get paid to do it right? So why do i have to pay a restocking fee thats crazy. Anyways, not my favorite store...sorry.
My roommate & I went in looking for a new tv & sound bar for our home & Gisele was very helpful with guiding us on our decision making on what was best for us. Patient, kind, well spoken, knowledgeable & not pushy at all. Love herrrr!
