Standing and waiting over 15 minutes. When they got to me the two of them decided to wait on a younger couple after 10 minutes of that the two walked away so after another 5 minutes I walked up to front of store to ask for. I finally got attention and told them what I wanted and they both disappeared again. I went to micro center and spent 2 grand

Just picked up my laptop from the store. All the process was very fast and smooth. Best Buy app is very convenient btw. I placed my order and picked up my laptop the next day:)
