Josh Goodwin at this Best Buy in Watertown, NY just saved our week. I left my power cable for my new Dell Inspiron 15 at home and we were traveling to Canada from Florida. He was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. He's a very intelligent young man. He quickly identified a reasonably priced replacement and patiently helped us test it before we left the store. I was not surprised at all when he replied to my question about his future that he was studying criminal justice. I hope he goes far in life and I feel like he will as he has all the attributes of being a winner. Thank you, Josh, for helping us to quickly get back to our vacation. #JoshGoodwin

Service is prompt and excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know your needs and match you up with the appropriate electronics
The rep helping me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with ALL of my questions. (I had a lot of them) I struggled making a decision as it was a large purchase. But he stayed with me all the way. He did not push me to purchase something I did not want or convince me I needed to buy the most expensive item. He did deter me from certain items and had a great reason as to why. He did not sugar coat it but articulated his experience as well as other customers. He walked me around to several different locations within the store to also help me with accessories. I have never shopped here before and I will definitely be returning.
