I love this place.. They always help me find what im looking for and make sure it's the right product!
Apple sent us there to get my wife’s screen fixed. They needed to order the part and we were supposed to get a call back within two days. Paid for everything upfront and thought I was good to go. When I tried to call the store serval days later
and ask what’s going on, I first get a useless “AI operator” and then forwarded to a call center who didn’t know what is going on. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

All I wanted to do was look around for a couple things, this is the weekend of 3/7. The ENTIRE time had a male rep constantly try to sell me on BS I didn’t want, this isn’t a car dealership. Just leave us alone and if we have questions we will ask someone.
