This has been one of the WORST experiences I’ve had with any retailer.
Best Buy has failed 3 times on delivering my items. 3 times.
Went to the store personally to inquire about my items was to told it was delayed because of staff shortage and had to reschedule for the 4th TIME! So my appliances are just sitting in the warehouse…
So if you want to purchase anything and hopes to get delivered. Go somewhere else.
This was a HUGE failure of Best Buy.

This place was ridiculous! I spent 1,200$ on a 75” Samsung tv, it got delivered smashed because they’re two delivery men were not careful at all and seen them dragging the tv as well. So I had to bring it back up to the store myself which was a pain because they Don’t make the boxes where you can put it back in again. I took it up there, and they said they would reschedule my delivery for the coming up Saturday. Saturday came, and last minute it said I had to reschedule. So rescheduled for the 17th, again the 17th comes and again it said it was coming between 10:30-230, but then when I clicked on appointment details it again told me I didn’t have a scheduled appointment and I had to again, reschedule. At this point I’m overly irritated as it’s been a couple weeks and still no tv. So I went up to Best Buy to find out that the employee made another order on my name and didn’t cancel the first order, instead of put it on hold, so it was messing up the system and kicking out my appointments. I paid for delivery so I didn’t want to have to do it myself, along with I’m a younger women who didn’t have help. But that was my only option so I had to search for help to get it to my house. I will never buy from Best Buy ever again. I have gotten tvs from Walmart and gotten them shipped the next day, no issues . You’d think Best Buy being a electronic store would be a better experience but no they don’t care they all just stand up there and clearly Don’t do their jobs fully. Very disappointed.

I bought a new computer and worked with Jimothy at Geek Squad to get it set up. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even gave me some tips on using the new computer. We appreciate the customer service because we are not very computer savvy.
