I had the pleasure to talk to Pat about purchasing a new AirPods Pro 3. He explained and even let me try his personal AirPods Pro 3 to compare with my current AirPods. He was very helpful and knowledgeable that convinced me to make the purchase. Would definitely come back and ask for him the next time I need to buy something from Best Buy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Employees – Oliver & Brodie I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional Best Buy employees: Oliver and Brodie. From the moment I walked into the store, these two delivered customer service that honestly felt legendary. Oliver has an incredible ability to explain products in a way that's clear, helpful, and never pushy. No matter what question I had, he seemed to know the answer instantly. If Best Buy ever needs someone to train future employees, Oliver should be first in line. Brodie was equally impressive. His energy, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into an amazing experience. He made sure I found exactly what I needed and somehow made the entire process enjoyable. Together, Oliver and Brodie are basically the dream team. They were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping customers. If every store had employees like them, customer service ratings would probably break the scale. Best Buy is lucky to have these two. Give them a raise, a promotion, a trophy, and maybe even their own holiday. 10/10 experience. I'll be coming back specifically because of Oliver and Brodie.

Oliver is hands down one of the best cashiers and associates this store has . With the majestic flow of his hair and his excellent customer service Best Buy would not be what it is today . Strategically Wood swift motion he was able to check me out and under 30 seconds an absolute great productivity towards his KPI remarks . We need more people like Oliver
