J in particular was super helpful in answering the questions we had, and made us feel comfortable to ask for help if we needed it! A special shout out is well-deserved, especially given how willing and able to help he was even with the very specific things I was looking for for a tablet I suddenly found out I need for a big project in a couple of weeks. Found what I needed and the store had more options than I expected, which is great too. The staff member who helped with the screen protector install did a really nice job with that as well (I believe his name was Leo)!

Best buy is one of my top choices for electronic stores. The staff will actually help you and they all seem to be very knowledgeable about what they offer at Best Buy. They offer many different services there as well.
