Jackie in the Television Department was amazing! Went in looking for a 4K TV.. was going for a $300 TV since was thinking budget.. Jackie explained in deep detail about TVs and Specs. She was very informative, ending up leaving with a Sony TV and Sony Surround Sound. Amazing Customer Service and Great Knowledge! Thank you
I brought in some used batteries and printer cartridges for recycling and asked the young man at the desk in front where to drop them off. He pointed to the customer service area where there was a long line. I started to go there, then went back to him to ask if he could just tell me what their policy was so I didn't have to wait in line only to be told they don't accept them. He offered not even the information I now realize is available online and rudely told me to just go wait in the line, so I left. His manner was impatient and surly and unhelpful. I didn't get his name but he's young and tall and beefy, with lots of curly dark hair, and he was there around 1 pm today, Wednesday. He is not the person you want greeting customers as they enter your store. I tried to call and speak to a manager but was unable to get through; the computer voice told me to go to the website.

They gave me the wrong TV....a broken Vizio in a Insigma box. I was in the process of moving, so I did not check to see if the TV worked.... unbeknownst to me... after 14 days, they don't accept exchanges or returns. They told me to check with the manufacturer but I can't as is a different brand TV. Customer Service line hung up on me. Because they sent me the wrong TV, I am screwed out of the money I spent. My first time experiencing such negative Service. I will just go to Amazon for now on and will make sure none of my money ever goes to Best Buy again. Very disappointing in every aspect
