Went in a couple weeks ago looking for a new computer. Blake started by unbiasedly telling us the difference between PC and Mac. Once we decided on a Mac, he was awesome at going through the different options and helping us pick the best one for our needs. It wasn’t in stock but he got it shipped right to us in 2 days. He gave us much appreciated tips and tricks too! He was never pushy but super informative and patient. We had a great experience and ended up signing up for the Best Buy Rewards Membership too. With that, we earned some rewards points. Today we went back in to use those on a couple other things to go along with the MacBook. We had Blake again. Super helpful and friendly! He priced matched my item and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Blake, you are a great addition to the team and very educated on what you’re selling. Overall a very wonderful experience!
