Always had a solid interaction with anyone working there, very helpful.
For a brand that's barely holding on to brick and mortar locations, this one needs a manager who gives a damn.
There is no one in front to check my return. There is no signage for where returns and exchanges are. I stood in line at the geek squad desk for 5 mins before I realized it's only for geek squad appointments.
Walked over to cashiers and eventually was told I could do returns there.
The return process was simple once I got to that point, but the atmosphere here sucks.
