I came here for a car radio installment and my experience was outstanding... My total cost was 107$ out the door and about a one hour wait, came in with my own radio that also had backup camera, microphone, and navigation..... I called many places trying to up charge me over 800$. Id especially avoid Columbus car audio and accessories.

Best Buy in Grove City The staff is extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager a manager was not available even though they said it was three team managers in the store purchased a $2000 refrigerator on January 29, 2026. The refrigerator was supposed to be Deliver to my home on February 6 they called me today and tell me that the refrigerator will not be delivered until February 17, 2026 two weeks out. I came on 29 January because I needed a refrigerator. It’s bad enough. I had to wait over a week to get it delivered and now they wanna tell me that it’s gonna take two weeks and nobody can seem to do anything about it.!!! 👎🏻 I guess I have to cancel my order. And go to big Sandy superstore to purchase a refrigerator Best Buy bad business you do not have to worry about me ever spending my money with you again my credit card that I have with Best Buy I will be canceling it today
