Bought $3,000 plus TV and sound bar Paid $250 to have Geek Squad deliver &set up
Had to wait 2 weeks. When they arrived, immediately started to tell me I needed to pay them more money. Said giving me deal if paid additional $190. So mad, told them take everything back to store. Will not go back

Get no help i was in there Monday at Grove City looking for a DVR couldn't find so I ask a young man where could I find it, he points and said it be down that aisle if we have it and didn't help me at all then goes and talks to another young man that work there, not interested in helping me, just wanting his pay without working for it.
That's why business are going out.
