I came here to buy a laptop I did not need anything too fancy as I use it for very little other than paying some bills. The sales person I spoke with was nice and seemed helpful, honestly, he talked me into a more expensive laptop than what I wanted but that is on me. What I am angry about is that I was lied to about my purchases and what I would get. I bought a lot of add ons, including a Best Buy Membership of some sort and signed up for the Best Buy credit card. I was told I would get $120 off the price, when it rang up it was not deducted, so I asked and he stated that it would be on my credit card as a balance and I could use it for my next purchase. Well, that is not the case. So, I was lied to and sold a bunch of stuff I really did not and do not need. I was going to buy a laptop so why lie? Because you care more about the sale than taking care of the customer and doing right by them. I will never step foot in your store again and will be cancelling my membership that I have before it renews. Customers beware, read the fine print and do not believe them, they will lie just to get a bigger sale.

Called to speak to someone in the actual store. The automated system is worthless. When I finally got someone and requested to speak to someone on the actual store they said I couldn't. Worthless service. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Taking my business where I can actually speak to a rep in the actual store who knows what they're talking about
