There online ad said they had a headset in stock. When I got there it was not there and they gave a bs reason why it wasn't actually there
Had to take my device to Best Buy to get my screen fixed cause I cracked it, first thing is they say is that the new screen was messed up or something, so they had to order me another one. Note, while using my phone screen had a line across the center of it. Then they call me when the new one comes in, I go to get it installed and it’s taking them a bit longer than usual. so I asked what’s taking so long, he begin to tell me that while putting the screen on they damaged my phone! So
since I had a brand new phone, they ordered me another one, this is Saturday. Then Austin told me it would be back couple days due to Apple have them on hand and said they had already ordered it and it would be back on Tuesday! I had not heard from them so I called to check, they called me back 6 hours Later saying May 29th! Why has the date changed, and I want my phone!!! Cause this one is messed up
NOT GREAT MOST STUFF PRICED WAY TOO HIGH.
