Always a friendly experience! Walked in today to get my screen protector changed out and even tho they were slightly short staffed I was still helped with a smile. The gentleman who helped me was very prompt and fast!
Purchased a tracker for my daughter to be able to check on her son very good purchase. Pleased with the outcome

Called this store to ask if they can fix an ipad screen. Sure, the person said & made us an appointment. Get there for the appt. & they said “Apple says you need new iPad”. Then proceeds to show us new iPads. What a scam.
Never was I asked when I made the appt, what model is your iPad? BTW, the iPad screen I needed fixed, is 2 yrs old. I certainly wouldn’t purchase an iPad or anything from Best Buy.
