Normally we shop at nixon drive location but we were in the area so thought we would stop here. Bad decision. was greeted at door but received 0 help in the department we were looking in. ended up not purchasing anything. it was the NFC championship today so maybe everybody was focused on the eagles scores , im going to give the benefit of the doubt but my experience today was subpar.

Every time I come to this store I have a positive experience. I have purchased a total of 3 laptops here (1 was a gift), where they honored every sale and waited on me immediately. My latest trip I was helped by Alfonso Jimenez & Giancarlo Rodriguez & their customer service was A1. They were attentive, accommodating, informative & went above & beyond to ensure my product was exactly what I wanted. I left with the best deal & they answered all of my concerns regarding an investment like a computer. I would recommend this store to anyone & whoever does the hiring has phenomenal character judgment!
