My girlfriend placed a preorder for a game to pick up on release day. Received the email saying it was ready for pick up. Went to go pick it up and was told, “we don’t have any in stock….there’s nothing we can do”.
Went to chat with customer service and they explained “The email saying it’s ready must have been a mistake. We will send you another email when it’s ready.” No thank you, cancel my order! Never buying anything from Best Buy again.
The workers at this location didn’t care. They told us to just call customer service. Called customer service and they are telling us to contact the store. It was a circus to say the least. They are very quick to take your money, but not helpful when it comes to getting what you already paid for.
DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!

Quick and Professional! Unfortunately the gear I needed wasn't available, in store, but I was able to order and ha e it shipped to my home. Package arrive sooner than expected
Jake, the GM was super helpful. Gave me his card and instructed me to reach out if I had any other questions/problems. He went above and beyond to help solve my problem.
