Horrible experience at this location let me start off with the cashier had long hair did not look like he took showers and his breath smelt couldn’t bear the smell of his breath. Then I asked to speak to a manager didn’t wanna call a manager. Finally got the manager there the manager had blonde spiky here and he was horrible. Did not know how to manage or be a manager in this location. Best Buy needs to do better with their employees And management. I couldn’t believe the cashier smelt that bad. I’m sorry, but it was a horrible smell and the manager just didn’t look like he wanted to work or even know how to manage to place.

We called Best Buy Strongville to inquire if they had the Xbox x series. They didn't but sent me a link to the store in Macedonia that did. I drove about 50 minutes to get there just to be told, sorry, we don't have them in stock. For a company that deals in tech, you would think that they'd have a better investory system! Wasted almost 2 hrs of driving for absolutely nothing but a sorry. For all the run around, just order of Amazon.

Online, they said they had the adapter I needed. When I got there I was told oh! We don't, BUT you can get it on Amazon and have it delivered tomorrow! So why did I bother?
