Bought a Netgear router there two days ago with Brandon's help. When we tried to set it up, the app was spy ware and some lady with a heavy indian accent tried to sell us expensive services. We promptly shut down. When we took the router back to Best Buy, Brandon did help us a bunch and explained the dark app we stumbled into. Bad experience made better by him.
